How FocusPod office pod delivery works across New Zealand — from access checks and lead times to placement and installation day.

How delivery works.

STEP 01

Access & placement review

We confirm access routes, door widths, lifts, stairs and final placement location before dispatch to avoid surprises on delivery day.

STEP 02

Delivery to site

Pods are delivered to your site by experienced freight partners. Timing is coordinated in advance to minimise disruption.

STEP 03

Installation (if selected)

Where installation is included, pods are assembled and positioned on-site according to the agreed layout and access plan.

Typical lead times

  • Production: around 4 weeks
  • Delivery: 1–2 weeks (location dependent)

Lead times may vary depending on model, configuration, and site access. We’ll confirm timelines with you before production begins.

What to prepare before delivery

  • Clear access routes from entry point to final location
  • Confirmed ceiling height and floor loading
  • Power availability near final placement
  • Lift or stair access details if applicable
